"Fragments of Youth"¹ is a personal reflection on the passage of time — a quiet dialogue between memory and image. Through Polaroid frames, I revisit two chapters of my life in Hong Kong: childhood and adolescence. Each photograph carries the texture of the past, its faded tones mirroring the way memory softens and reshapes what once was vivid.
The first phase, Kid, captures the simplicity and wonder of early years — moments of discovery, play, and innocence. The second phase, Teenager, moves into a space of transition: curiosity mingled with uncertainty, self-awareness beginning to take shape amid a world that could shift suddenly from abundance to scarcity.
